- Unit owners are responsible for apprising their tenants and guests of these rules & are responsible for any damages done by them.
- Indian Trail Homeowners Association, Inc. will not be responsible for any accident in the pool area that is a result of ignoring these rules.
- THE POOL IS OPEN FROM DAWN TO DUSK.
- The pool is for the use of residents & their guests only. A key is required to enter the pool & the gates are to be closed & locked at all times.
- Swim at your own risk. There is NO Lifeguard on duty.
- No Animals other than service dogs are allowed in the fenced pool area,
- People with contagious health conditions may not enter the pool area.
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- Please wear proper swim attire to enter the pool.
- No swimming during thunderstorms. During electrical storms, pool should be evacuated.
- Children under 16 years of age must accompanied by an adult at all times in the fenced pool area.
- Please supervise your children when they use the restrooms to ensure no excess toilet paper or anything else is thrown into the toilet
- You may bring your baby into the pool as long as they are wearing a swim diaper. No one who is not fully toilet trained may enter the pool without a swim diaper.
- No diving into the pool as it is too shallow.
- No running or ball playing on the pool deck area.
- No large rafts or flotation devices shall be allowed in the pool. Balls, toys, small baby floats and noodles are allowed.
- No smoking or chewing gum anywhere in the fenced pool area.
- No skates, skateboards or bicycles are allowed in the pool area.
- No Glass containers are permitted. Plastic, Styrofoam or Aluminum containers only.
- Listen to your music with headphones as a courtesy to others.
- Please don not litter, there are trash receptacles by the pool for your convenience.
- Please turn out lights after using restrooms.
***PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 HAVE ACCESS TO THE POOL ENTRY CARD. IF CHILDREN ARE FOUND TO BE AT THE POOL UNATTENDED BY AN ADULT, THE GATE CARD WILL BE DEACTIVATED. THIS IS A HUGE LIABILITY FOR THE COMMUNITY AND SHOULD BE TAKEN VERY SERIOUSLY. THE POOL ENTRY CARDS COST $50 TO REPLACE. IF THEY ARE LOST, THEY WILL BE DEACTIVATED AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE.***
