Dues in the amount of $830.00 are due Quarterly (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st).

Payments can be made several different ways: Online, Automatic payments, Bill pay thru your financial institution or Mailed using the coupons mailed out to you. 

1. Payments can be made online by visiting: https://dra.cincwebaxis.com/

• An email address will be needed.
• When registering, please use the property address and not mailing address if not occupying the property.
• If you need assistance in registering, please contact Valley National Bank at (866) 982-5539 

2. If you choose to mail in payments, please use the coupons you receive in the mail. If you need a coupon book please contact the accountant:   Elizabeth Dowdy edowdy@bookkeepingpalmbeach.com 

3. If you have chosen to do Bill Pay thru your financial institution, please be sure to send to the below address. C/O Palm Beach Bookkeeping and Business Solutions P.O Box 164704 Miami, FL 33116-4704 

4. For Automatic payments the form can be located under documents tab. 

You need a full policy to cover inside out. The HOA is not responsible 

Nothing, except for the Facia and shingles on the roof replacement every 18 years. Repairs are the owners responsibility.

• EQUIPMENT: The Bulk service includes service to (2) outlets in each home. Comcast shall provide each resident with:
  • 1 HD Receiver
  • 1 HD Digital Adapter

Indian Trail Association Rules and Regulations ("Dumpsters" and "Trash Disposal") state, in part, that:

1. “Trash should be securely bagged and placed in one of the dumpsters."

• Trash pick-up is every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.  Please make sure all trash goes into the receptacles.

2. "Boxes of all sizes must be broken down and placed inside the recycling bins."

• Recycling - please make sure it goes into the appropriate container. Larger boxes should be broken down to save space.
  • Yellow - paper and cardboard
  • Blue - glass, metal, milk cartons
  • No Styrofoam or bags please.

3.  "Old furniture or other large household items). You are personally responsible for the disposal of these items properly.

• Bulk Trash pick-up is on Mondays.  Please place the bulk trash beside the trash area the day before the pick-up.  As we continue to strive to get our neighborhood looking it's best, please place your bulk trash the night before.

4. "Large items (water heaters, appliances, construction debris, bath tubs, tile, etc) will not be picked up by the trash company and SHOULD NOT be left outside the dumpster. “Disposal of large items is the responsibility of the resident at your expense." 

• Please contact waste pro or another company for a private dumpster to dispose of these items. It is not the responsibility of the HOA. 

5. "Trash and trash bags are prohibited on, in, under, or around entry areas, walkways,
patios, or balconies and all common areas."

6. Liquids must be contained in scaled containers capable of remaining unbroken and leak-free after being discarded inside a common trash disposal container.
