Thank you for your interest in Indian Trail Villas Community

In order to move into or rent property here at Indian Trail Villas, an application MUST be filled out and signed by all adults either living in or associated with the property here in our community (Including investors). In addition, the appropriate background checks will be run on all adults involved with the purchase or lease of a property here at Indian Trail Villas. The application fee is $150 and only one application is required per unit (buyers & renters need separate applications). The background check fee is $75 per adult. BUYERS must include a purchase agreement with the application and upon approval submit proof of insurance. If you are renting a unit here at Indian Trail Villas, we will also need a copy of the lease agreement between you and your landlord. You must carry a full insurance policy to cover your unit the HOA is not responsible. Prior to closing send a copy of the policy to the HOA.
